Our preference – is half with ears and half without.
The facilitator sits at the side with ears, the participant at the side without.
The ears help to stop the balls from coming out when pushed with too much force.
It is expected that the facilitator will use a suitable amount of force so that the participant won’t require ears at their end.
More time of balls on the tracks means more time to play, and more time to stimulate cognitive development.

If a part breaks please send it back to us and we will recycle it further. It’s simple, easy and makes sense to replace a part rather than the whole board.
