Your shipment/postage will be sent out within 7 days of being completed (please note that print queues are in place and could take up to 3 months), and posted via Evri/My Hermes, using drop off or courier collection. Please include any postage information you might require so we can inform Evri/My Hermes. 3D printing takes a long time with many variables that can go wrong, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, we will do our best to make it as fast as possible. If you require sign-for postage, please let us know upon purchase of your item(s). If you have a postage ‘safe space’ please let us know so we can inform the postal company. We check all our products before sending and package accordingly to ensure product security and mitigate damage is done during delivery. Any issues please contact us at email@example.com.
If you are unsatisfied with your product you’re welcome to exchange it or get a full refund. As long as it’s returned within 60 days of recieving you item, including any/all parts that were originally distributed out to you, this might be accessories/bags etc. Please send it to: Stiklings, Apartment 3, 22 High street, Woodlane, Stoke-on-Trent.
